Test voltages and the maximum intervals between tests shall be in accordance with Table I-5 and Table I-6.    a.) Advance Federal Services: On or about 08/28/12, the rubber insulating gloves used by employees to protection against electrical shock were not tested before first issue and every 6 months thereafter.
