29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:    a) Throughout the Building - Satirways were not equipped with at least one handrail. Employees were observed using interior stairs for accessing the various work areas where the stairs were not equipped with a standard handrail. Each stairway contained 15 to 19 risers exposing the employees slip, trip or fall hazards of 12 feet.     b) West Side Entrance into the Building - Stairways were not equipped with at least one handrail. All employees were observed using the exterior stairs as access into the building, they contained 8 risers exposing them to a 6 foot slip or trip hazard.
