29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Marriott Residence Inn Bldg 3, employees in the process of roofing activities on a steep slope roof, 8 in 12 (vertical to horizontal) were exposed to a 20 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized, observed on or about 09/05/2012.
