NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: a) Service Area/Detail Bay: On or about 09/04/2012, the employer did not have the material safety data sheets available for chemicals used at the worksite. Hazardous chemicals used at the jobsite include, but are not limited to Brite Touch General Purpose Paint, 5 Star Lightweight Body Filler, Omni Plus Primer, Evercoat Metal Glaze Polyester Finishing and Blending Putty, Red Devil Degreaser (a corrosive chemical) and Xtreme Degreaser (a corrosive chemical). NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
