29 CFR 1910.303(b)(6):     Conductors or equipment were located in damp or wet locations; where exposed to gases, fumes, vapors, liquids, or other agents that had a deteriorating effect on the conductors or equipment; or where exposed to excessive temperatures    a)  The electrical light fixture next to the east end service rack in the basement was not approved for wet locations with signs of rust and corrosion from water and fluids dripping from the cars being serviced above.    Valvoline Instant Oil Change was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(6) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313531543, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 7, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 3101 Rapids Drive, Racine, WI 53404.
