29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):      a) Maintenance Shop - Two drill presses (Clausing model 2277, serial # 5240621 and Clausing model 16VC, serial # 506349) and a milling machine (DoAll model GPM-300V, serial # 8061970) the employees were using were not equipped with a guard.  Employees were exposed to amputation and/or cut hazards.
