(a)   Spray booth;  on or about August 22, 2012, and at time prior thereto, the employee spraying a truck bed with Ameriguard coating wore only a half mask respirator with a particulate filter.  The coating contained 4,4 diphenyl methane diisocyanate which can cause allergic skin sensitization upon contact with the eyes and forehead.       Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item.
