29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(iv): Employees did not always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and were allowed to sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position: (a) On or about June 25, 2012, at a worksite located at 30 W. Pershing (Union Station) in Kansas City, MO, an employee was observed standing on the rails of a JLG "Sky Power" model 600AJ aerial lift basket while washing windows on the south side of the building.

Pershing (Union Station) in Kansas City, MO, an employee was observed to be working from a JLG "Sky Power" model 600AJ aerial lift without having attached his lanyard to the boom or basket of the lift.
