29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii): The employer's training program did not contain the minimum elements required by 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(A) through (g)(2)(vii)(N): a. On or about September 6, 2012, the bloodborne pathogens annual training did not contain the minimum elements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(A)-(N), such as, but not limited to: 1. An explanation of the employer's exposure control plan and the means by which the employee can obtain a copy of the written plan. 2. An explanation of the procedure to follow if an exposure incident occurs, including the method of reporting the incident and the medical follow-up that will be made available. 3. A format that offered interactive questions or answers during the training session at the facility.
