29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On the north exterior elevation of Carls Buick/GMC located at 2445 SE Federal Highway in Stuart, Florida: An employee performing electrical work from the basket of an aerial lift approximately 9 ft. 4 inches above a lower level was not wearing a harness with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket of that lift, on or about September 6, 2012.
