29 CFR 1910.67(c) (2) (v): A body belt was not worn with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: This violation occurred on September 06, 2012; at a jobsite located at 1321 North Central Expressway in Richardson, Texas 75080, where at least one (1) employee on the southeast side of a car dealership was repairing the face caps on the dealerships windows from an aerial lift without the use of a body belt and lanyard.
