29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(i): Spraying operations were not so designed, installed and maintained that the average air velocity over the open face of the booth (or booth cross section during spraying operations) was not less than 100 linear feet per minute.  Visible gauges or audible alarm or pressure activated devices were not installed to indicate or insure that the required air velocity was maintained.    a) Spray booth, warehouse    The average air velocity over the open face of the Globe Finishing Solutions FPX 886 dry spray booth was 68 linear feet per minute.  There was no device installed to indicate that adequate air velocity was maintained.    Violation occurred on or about 9/6/12.
