OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to severe crushing hazards while manually moving gates of pens housing bulls in a manner in which they were exposed to the point of closure between the swinging gates end frame and the vertical post used to secure the gate: (a) On or about September 6, 2012, employees opening/closing gates to pens housing bulls were exposed to severe crushing hazards as a result of being exposed to the point of closure between the ends of the swinging gates and the vertical posts used to secure the gates.
