29 CFR 1926.303(b)(1):     Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of American National Standards Institute, B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care and Protection of Abrasive Wheels, and paragraph (d) of this section:      Jobsite:  Employee was using a 3 inch grinder with no guard when it kicked back striking the employee in the lower leg causing a laceration requiring stitches.
