29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. a.) The floor of the Dry Storage Room had areas of moldy food and it was not in a clean and sanitary condition, on or about 9-6-12. b.) The rug in the cafeteria had grown mold and was not properly cleaned or removed to prevent mold regrowth, on or about 9-6-12. c.) The floor of the Nurses Locker Room in the Emergency Department had debris such as pieces of drywall and molding and it was not properly removed, on or about 9-6-12. Abatement Certification Required
