29 CFR 1910.1025(j)(3)(i)(B): Medical examinations and consultations for lead were not performed prior to assignment for each employee being assigned for the first time to an area in which airborne concentrations of lead are at or above the action level:    a.  Establishment - As of  09/12/2012  the employer had not provided a medical examination to an employee who had been employed for 4 months and whose exposure exceeded the action level (30 micrograms of lead per cublc meter of air) during his regular daily activities.

Establishment - As of  09/12/2012 the employer had not determined if employees were exposed to lead at levels equal to or exceeding the action level (30 micrograms per cubic meter). Sampling conducted by OSHA on 09/12/2012 determined that an employee was exposed to airborne lead at an 8 hr. time weighted average of 37 micrograms per cubic meter.
