29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7):     Electric equipment was not installed in a neat and workmanlike manner:    Inside the electrical room located on the Northwest corner of the store: An electrical circuit panel was missing a circuit breaker switch and or an approved blank. The empty space was covered with black electrical tape another circuit breaker was held in the off position with a piece of white electrical marked " LEAVE OFF". Employees access this room daily to turn the store's lighting on and off.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):     Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:    In the electrical room located in the Northwest corner of the store: The employer did not ensure that the space around electrical equipment was not kept clear in that shelving and other clutter was kept and stored within 3 feet of the equipment.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv):  Flexible cords were used in a manner not permitted in paragraph (g)(1)(ii):    In the receiving area near loading docks: An orange 100 flexible cord was used to power a portable circular fan. The cord was run over building surfaces such as a trash compactor, over an exit and tied to a nail on a wooden storage rack.    1910.305(g)(1)(iv):     [A] - prohibits flexible wiring to be used as substitute for fixed wiring.   [D]  prohibits flexible cords or wiring to be attached to building surfaces.
