29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: In the south east corner of the production area: An orange flexible cord was used to energize a Loveshaw Box Sealing Machine (model# SP304/2; Serial# 280631304E). The flexible cord was missing the grounding pin on the male end and was tied to the flexible cord of the box sealer on the female end.
