The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: a) Roof, 1000 Forsythe Road, Presto, Pennsylvania, 15142: Employees engaged in roofing activities on the roof of a two story residential dwelling were not trained in the recognition of fall hazards. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet to the ground below while working on a steep roof without the use of fall protection.
