29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    a) 28 Moorlinch Boulevard, Medford, NJ: Employees working at a height greater than 10 feet above the ground below while installing roof trusses and sheathing were not provided fall protection, such as, but not limited to personal fall arrest systems, guardrails or safety net systems, on or about 8/21/12.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):  The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and trained each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    a) 28 Moorlinch Boulevard, Medford, NJ: Employees working at a height greater than 10 feet above the ground below installing roof trusses and sheathing were not provided fall protection training, on or about 8/21/12.     NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
