29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Employees were exposed to falling 12.5 feet from the unprotected sides of the walking/working surfaces of the site. Associated Electrical Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312519960 , citation number 1, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on November 3, 2008 , with respect to a workplace located at 2061 Shell Drive in Libertyville, Illinois 60048. **No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.**
