29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: a) Poly Plant Motor Control Center near stock chests, the electrical enclosures near the eastern wall were exposed to water from a leaking roof. The enclosures were not approved for wet locations which created a fire and electrical shock hazard, September 11, 2012. b) Paper Machine #4, electrical enclosures near the western wall by paper machine #4 were exposed to water from a leaking roof. The enclosures were not approved for wet locations which created a fire and electrical shock hazard, September 11, 2012. "ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED"
