29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(iv)(a):     29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(iv)(a): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 �F (37.8 �C), were not kept in covered containers when not actually in use:        a) Print Department:  A 5 gallon pail containing mixtures of acetone, toluene, and methyl ethyl ketone with a flashpoint of 9 Fahrenheit was left uncovered when not in use, on or about 09/11/12.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):     The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:      a) Print department: Employees handle material containing hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, toluene, acetone, and methyl ethyl ketone.  The employer did not develop and implement a worksite specific written hazard communication program, on or about 09/11/12.
