29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points: a) South Dock 120 Front Street Dock On or about 8/21/12, an extension cord was plugged into an outdoor outlet at the restaurant and run underneath a concrete sidewalk, to the dock exposing it to damage. b) North Dock, 120 Front Street Dock On or about 8/21/12, The power cord was worn down to bare copper wire resulting in electrifying the poles exposing employees to shock hazards.
