The outlet boxes did not have faceplates; on or about 09/11/12.    b) Worksite, Throughout pavilion - Employee applying wall joint compound approximatly 1/4 inch away from the outlet boxes, approximately 120 volts. The outlet boxes did not have faceplates; on or about 09/11/12.    Note:  The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
