Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.304(h): Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which shall meet all the requirements of paragraph (i)(1) of this section for hoods for circular ripsaws. a) Pavillion, East Side - Employees were using an unguarded Skilsaw 3310, item# 006 table saw to cross cut wood for soffit installation; on or about 09/11/12. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
