The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a. On or about September 6, 2012, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting roofing operations were not provided training on how to minimize fall protection hazards, thereby exposing employee to the hazards associated with falls of greater than twenty-five (25) feet.
