29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):  Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.    At the job site, 1437 Rochester, Wichita, Kansas, employees were doing masonry work from a steel framed scaffold without standard safety railings on the end of the working platform level.   Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet to the ground.     National Contractors, Inc, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.451(g)(4)(i) which was contained in OSHA Inspection 314030727, Citation 1 Item(2)(a), issued on November 24, 2010 with a final order date of 20 October 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1230 S. 167th St. W, Goddard, Kansas 67052.
