Pro Group Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315483271, citation number 01, item 002, issued on January 23, 2012, with respect to a workplace at 1329 Portside Drive, in Orange Park, FL 32003. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a. On or about Septembe 12, 2012, on a 4:12 pitch roof, 5 employees installing decking were not protected from falling 9 feet by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any other type fall protection method. Abatement Certification and Documentation are not required
