Two totes of Superior Well Services XL-4 2011221AC (1/2 full) and 2012006AC (full) crosslinker did not contain a hazard warning label containing the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.  *****instance b deleted*****   b) Nabors Completion & Production Services, 9540 E 104th Ave, Henderson, CO 80640: On and before September 10, 2012, the employer did not ensure that chemical containers were properly labeled. A tote of 30% acetic acid was originally labelled as Clay Treat and then crossed out with black spray paint identifying the chemcial as 30% acetic acid.  This container did not contain a hazard warning label identifying the physical and health hazards of acetic acid. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
