29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1):     Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which met all the requirements of paragraph (i)(1) of this section for hoods for circular ripsaws:    (a)  On or about September 10, 2012, and at times prior thereto, employees were operating an unguarded Makita 2703; 10" table saw, 4600 rpm; S/N 176376A to cut siding and soffett material.    Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item.
