29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(4)(iii)(A)(1): Contaminated sharps were not discarded immediately or as soon as feasible in containers meeting the reaquirements of 29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(4)(iii)(A)(1)(i) through (iv): a) Dr Edward Sanossian DDS, 185 Fairfield Avenue, Suite 4B, West Caldwell, NJ 07006. Employees were exposed to blood and other potentially infectious materials (OPIM) when disposing of contaminated sharps in unlabeled plastic gallon water jugs which were not closable, puncture-resistant, leakproof, and appropriately labelled/color coded. Condition noted on or about 9/13/2012.
