29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. Miscellaneous Repair Area. Metal electrical boxes with multiple outlets (110v) were used on the ends of flexible cables and hung above the work stations where employees plugged in portable tools such as Skil Saws. The boxes had pre-punched knockouts, therefore exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. There is no abatement documentation or certification required for this item.
