29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: (a) For the company doing business as Cutting Edge Molding, LLC and performing construction work at 7451 Bella Largo Dr. in Fort Myers (FL), as noted on or about 09/07/2012. In that the employee working from the aerial lift had not been trained on the hazards associated with use of fall protection when working from an aerial lift.
