29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): " Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: Jobsite located at 443 N. Armour St., Wichita, KS; Employees engaged in residential roofing work on a 4 in 12 pitched roof were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 8 feet 10 inches from the eave to ground. Fall protection available at the jobsite was not used Rodrigo Hernandez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315091827, citation number 01, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/29/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1321 N. Lake Edge St., Goddard, KS 67052.
