29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was was a fall protection plan meeting the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: Jobsite located at 558 N. Stratford, Wichita, KS; employees engaged in residential roofing work on a 5 in 12 pitched roof were exposed to fall hazards of up to 9 feet, 2 inches from the eave to the ground. Fall protection available at the jobsite was not used.
