Albee Carpentry, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 33882656, citation 01, item number 002, issued on April 13, 2011, with respect to a workplace at 109 Gulf Bridge Lane-Lot 6, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459.The final order date was May 4, 2011.    29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:    a. On or about September 12, 2012, am employee performing framing operations on a roof pitch was not protected from a 25.5 feet fall to the surface by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any fall protection.
