29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:    a. On or about September 12, 2012, two employees performing framing operations were not protected from a 26 foot fall hazard by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any fall protection.

Sands Subcontractor, Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315483933, citation 01, item number 001, issued on February 4, 2012, with respect to a workplace at 27 Mack Bayou Loop, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459. The final order date was February 27, 2012.    29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):  Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injuries from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:      a. On or about September 12, 2012, an employee was using a Hitachi NV50AP3 pneumatic air nail gun without safety glasses, exposing himself to being hit by nails or flying debris.
