Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard would be to ensure that all panels and access covers are attached correctly, as stated in the Pitco Frialator Installation, Operation and Maintenance Manual for Fryer Model Numbers 7, 12, 14, 14R & 18 Gas Fryers With Options and (F) Built-In and UFM (Spacefighter) Filter Systems.
