29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(ii)(A): The employer did not ensure that training was provided to employees with occupational exposure at the time of initial assignment to tasks where occupational exposure might take place:    a) At the clinic - The employer did not provide any training to new employees for occupational exposure and bloodborne pathogens (BBP) at the time of initial assignment while working with the 1 ml needles of 25G 2/8 and 25G 1, exposing employees to  bloodborne pathogens and diseases such as, but not limited to, HIV, TB and Hepatitis B.
