29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B):     The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy:      (a) Shop: On or about 13 September 2012 and at times prior, the employer had not developed a written, machine specific procedure to include specific procedural steps for shutting down and isolating all potential energy sources, including but not limited to the electrical (220) and hydraulics, for the Cincinnati 165R injection molding machines prior to the commencement of machine repair and maintenance operations.     (b) Shop: On or about 13 September 2012 and at times prior, the employer had not developed a written, machine specific procedure to include specific procedural steps for shutting down and isolating all potential energy sources, including but not limited to the electrical (440) and hydraulics, for the Cincinnati 300 injection molding machines prior to the commencement of machine repair and maintenance operations.
