The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent and continuous: (a) The inspection revealed two extension cords that were missing the grounding pin. The cords were located in the west room upstairs at the St. Anthony 3rd and 4th ward remodel project in Saint Anthony, Idaho.

29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iii): The repair splice in a hard service flexible cord No. 12 or larger did not retain the insulation, outer sheath properties, and usage characteristics of the cord which was being used: (a) The inspection revealed that the flexible cord to provide power to the Rigid Air Mover had been spliced in a manner that did not retain the insulation and outer sheath properties of the cord. The air mover was located in the first floor west hallway of the Saint Anthony 3rd and 4th ward remodel project in Saint Anthony, Idaho.
