OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees (a) Employees were potentially exposed to serious injury from the use of the Trumpf TruBend 3120 power press brake in that they were exposed to the point of operation. The press was located in Komatsu Shop. (b) Employees were potentially exposed to serious injury from the use of the Cincinnati 350CBII x 12 FT power press brake in that they were exposed to the point of operation. The press was located in Shop 3.
