29 CFR 1910.37(a)(2): Exit access(es) were not arranged so that it would not be necessary to travel toward any area of high hazard occupancy in order to reach the nearest exit, and the path of travel was not effectively shielded from the high hazard location by suitable partitions or other physical barriers: a) Gannet Warehousing Corp. - Elizabeth, NJ - Warehouse #4 west side exit door. A metal cage containing propane cylinders was located at the botom of the stairs in the path of travel of the exit route. Flammable storage was not adequately postioned away from the exit door. Condition observed on or about 9/14/2012.
