29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible:    On or about 7/6/12, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to inhalation hazards by not providing personnel voluntarily wearing respirators with information on the use, maintenance, cleaning, care, and warnings regarding the respirators limitations. The respirators were used only as a precautionary measure while the employee touched up latex and water based paint in and around the facility.
