29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a. 6575 Marshall Blvd. Lithonia, GA (Maintenance Shop Area) - Employees were exposed to chemical hazard. Shop employees use a variety of chemical products which contain hazardous substances including but not limited to bleach, synthetic gear lubricant, antifreeze/coolant, aluminum cleaner and brake parts cleaner. A written hazard communication program had not been developed to promote the safe handling and use of the chemicals in the workplace, on or about 09/13/12.
