29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour: a.) Purcell Construction Company, WIT Barracks Project, Fort Eustis. On or about September 13, 2012, one oxygen cylinder and one acetylene cylinder, in storage together for approximately four days, were not separated by a distance of twenty feet or by a barrier at least five feet high having a one-half hour fire rating.
