Employees performed cleaning and cooking tasks at a residential care facility.  Employees during the course of their duties were exposed to corrosive liquids, including bleach and sodium hydroxide.  The employer did not ensure that employees used appropriate eye protection when working with corrosive liquids.  This condition exposed employees to a corrosive chemical hazard.
