29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(iv)(B): The review and update of the exposure control plan did not document annual consideration and implementation of appropriate commercially available and effective safer medical devices designed to eliminate or minimize occupational exposure: a) On or about September 12, 2012 and at times prior, the employer's exposure control plan for employees with occupational exposure did not document the consideration and implementation of safer medical devices designed to eliminate or minimize occupational exposure. Brookdale Senior Living dba Heritage Club at Aurora was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313715880, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 1/7/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 1860 S. Potomac Street Aurora, CO 80012. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item. (see enclosed "Sample Abatement Certification Letter".)

Brookdale Senior Living dba Heritage Club at Aurora was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313715880, citation number 1, item number 1c and was affirmed as a final order on 1/7/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 1860 S.
