29 CFR 1904.35(b)(2): The employer did not give their employees, former employees, their personal representatives and their authorized employee representatives the OSHA injury and illness records. On or about September, 14, 2012, the employer failed to provide a copies of the OSHA 300 Log for 2009, 2010, and 2011 completed with the names of each employee recorded on the log. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that the information provided is complete for each year requested.
